Chef Joseph Parsons is classically trained in the culinary arts and has spent the past two decades traveling the world to hone his craft.
Chang Jin, aka, Sushi Mike was born in Seoul, South Korea, and is the creative force behind our sushi. He personally created our extensive sushi menu with all of your favorite classic sushi, sashimi, nigiri, and sushi rolls.
Sushi Mike has also created some of the most beautiful and delicious sushi rolls specifically for Good Spirits Fifth & Fed. The only way you'll get sushi any fresher is to catch it yourself.
